It’s still a month until Christmas – Bah Humbug!

Miserable Scrooge hates the carol singers at Christmas

But that’s ok because these Hook-with-Warsash children are bringing the festive spirit to Ferneham Hall with their annual production A Christmas Carol.

Pupils will take to the Fareham stage telling the famous Charles Dickens’ tale of Ebeneezer Scrooge who is taken on a magical journey to change his miserable views on the Christmas season.

The 300 talented youngsters will perform a host of unique songs and dances written and choreographed by staff at the school.

Tap dancers will feature among the talented singing, dancing and acting

Deputy head teacher Sara Willoughby said: “It’s an amazing experience for them to perform on a real stage with proper lighting and sound.

“The atmosphere backstage is amazing among the children – and the adults.

“We hope they really enjoy themselves and the experience and perform to the best of their ability.”

Performances run from tonight (November 22) until Thursday (November 24). The show starts at 7pm.
